Heavy duty 2x4 construction. Each building is hand picked to provide only the best materials to ensure every customer the quality they expect.
25 year pre-primed siding. Engineered, treated wood siding is insect and decay resistant. Factory primed and ready-to-paint.
25 year A grade shingles provides lasting protection. Shingles come with five choice of color to best match your house.
Heavy duty lock handle and key. Each building comes complete with a lock handle key.
6’ Continuous piano hinge for door stability. This hinge provides continuous support to prevent door sag.
Treated runners and floor joists 12” O.C.
Our buildings are made to last. We start by having one of the strongest and most durable floors in the industry.
Leveling of building up to 6 inches.
All of our building must be built square and level. Our installers will level (no excavation) your buildings to ensure proper installation.
